I recently ordered a handbag that turned out to be out of stock, but the page didn’t mention it. Tracy contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience. She offered me the option to choose another handbag even if it was more expensive than the original one. It's just the size I like. The leather is very good and exquisite. The style and material are very good. The size is also appropriate. One shoulder crossbar is very good. Excellent quality, looks genuine and packaged well. Would definitely recommend! Postage took longer than expected but seller had it packaged and shipped within two days. Delays were with Australia post so cannot fault them for that.

Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

Excellent seller. 1:1 product. It’s not that bright red that most people are afraid of when buying inauthentic handbags. The leather trim on this bag is very clean. As for the stitching, it was done correctly and there were no obvious imperfections. The hardware is the perfect shade of gold and had the right logos. I also love the beige lining! I did regular shipping and my package arrived relatively quickly. The seller made sure to neatly package the product to avoid damage and it's much appreciated. I recommend this website for sure I'll be purchasing from them again. :)

I will say the bag is so cute and very authentic looking. Communication with seller was good but overall the bag is nice. The chain is strong as well. Coloring is nice too and the bag is sturdy. It can hold the items needed for daily going out. I like this bag very much.

The canvas is thick and sturdy, the stitching is neat and even, the hardware is shiny and heavy, and the interior is soft and smooth. The bag looks exactly like the authentic one I saw at the store.

The 3 bags all very nice.! In one gucci bag that comes with ribbon and decorated to carry it in shoulder bag. The metal elements look of quality, the decorative . Valance is very well embroidered. It has NO inner pocket, it is 2 compartments to carry the basics. The bag is rigid, the closure is safe and the decorative loop is a cute one. If I say i love it I am only exaggerating i crazily love it.... amazing quality bag with good communication from the seller and fast shipping..... you just gain yourself a potential customer.

I love this lv M80446 bag it’s just like in the picture. BUT the only problem I have with the seller is that I’m missing the small purse part that hangs inside the actual purse itself. I got the piece that clamps and hold the small purse but no small purse itself. I could have sworn it said a two piece purse when I ordered the purse so I will contact the seller to see exactly. Other than that I love the bag thank you so much.
