I placed a custom order and it was the best! The gucci bags were shipped carefully wrapped, exactly what I asked for with no issues, and so fast! I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. Lucy usually works in the morning (north american time). Give Dolabuy a try and you won't be disappointed with the quality nor their customer service.

I definitely think I'm worth the money, very sturdy, leather is good quality. I love the design amd how it come with a little bag! Absolutely love my bags! The shipping did take a while due to customs , but i definitely will be ordering from this website and this vendor often to cut out the middle man. i bought the Chloe bag in black for $299 us, it arrived in around two weeks to Perth Australia. I love it, it's solidly built it looks exactly like the Chloe Nile. the gold is quite a yellow gold but that doesn't put me off. it did take a few emails to Dolabuy to confirm my order was dispatched however i believe that the processing may also be for posting because the day i received it the order was marked as complete. i was skeptical but i love my bag and would not hesitate to buy another!
