Owner Hannah Jenkinson takes us behind the scenes of their Cusco workshop to share the brand’s admirable missions and gorgeous designs.
We only use materials that are natural and 100% biodegradable. Baby alpaca, wool, and cotton are among our faves.
Most women look after large families, cook from scratch (because to have a refrigerator is a luxury), and are often expected by both society and family to rely on their husbands for money. When the women start making their own money—using traditional skills they are excellent at doing—we can see their self-esteem improve, knowing that they are contributing to the family or have the independence to make their own choices in their lives.
