Tems Breaks Out the Beret for Dior’s Fall 2025 Show

Like anyone else, Tems likes to change her style with her mood. “Some days I want to feel soft and sexy, other days it’s oversized and easy,” the singer says. “I never want to box myself in—I love the freedom of mixing pieces that shouldn’t work together but somehow do.” When it came to the Dior fall 2025 show in Paris, Tems decided to embrace her environment, opting for classically chic separates. And—naturally—a beret. “For me, it’s just about having fun and letting the clothes reflect wherever I’m at that day,” she adds.

Tems uses her getting-ready time to transport herself to the brand’s universe. “Preparing for a fashion show is such a special, reflective moment for me,” she says. “I like to dive into the brand’s world—looking through recent collectsions and the archives to really understand the story. The fittings, meeting the designers, trying on the pieces…it all feels like stepping into a dream, or playing a part in something bigger than myself.” For her, that meant looking glamorous and timeless in her asymmetrical, belted black blouse and trousers, reminiscent of the house’s hallmark cinched waist silhouette. “That’s exactly what I wanted to channel with my look—something classic but with real strength. It’s important for me to feel grounded and like myself in whatever I wear, and Dior makes that effortless.”

While she enjoyed the fashions, the singer has carved out plenty of time for extracurriculars. “One thing about Paris—I’m always here for the food. I had to stop at Ferdi for a cheeseburger before the show; it’s tradition at this point,” Tems says. And that’s nothing to say of the city’s treasure trove of vintage stores. “And I’m obsessed with the vintage stores here. The stores are so well-curated, you always find something rare and special. I make time for it every trip,” she says.
