“Romanian deadlifts! Duh! They’re really famous squats. Everyone does them in competitions and they’re really good for your back and your butt—I’ve heard. You use really heavy weights. They’re hot.”

“I think that rollerblading is pretty amazing for the butt and legs. Demi-pliés and squats are what I do when I’m traveling. I just take 10–20 minutes and do some yoga stretches and do pliés and squats. So far it’s worked.”

“Going hiking is a really good butt workout. And if you lay out 10 cards on the floor and pick them up individually, it’s a good butt and thigh workout that you can do at home. You don’t have to buy any equipment, just playing cards. I do it with cups backstage for lingerie shows, just to tighten it up a little bit.”

“I don’t use any weights or anything, just with my body. Lunges, squats, planks—everything is good for the butt.”

“I train at the Dogpound. With weights on your ankles, you move your legs to the side or back super [slowly]. Afterwards you’re really sore.”

“I’m half Brazilian, so a butt for me is a big thing. That’s our culture. [A good one is if] you go on all fours and do leg raises to the back. That and lunges.”

“Stairs are really good. I do a lot of yoga, but totally, when you need to work out your ass, [it’s] squats and stairs.”

“Anything that’s muscle-isolating, meaning you take the pressure off the rest of your body and isolate that certain area. The one that does it for me is getting on all fours, you put your leg parallel to the rest of your body, bend your knee with your foot in the air, and kick up and down. It super isolates your butt, and you just die.”

“I love kickboxing, I’ve been doing that lately and apparently my butt has gotten firmer. I go to a personal trainer. Not to mention that it’s great to get out your aggression, but you don’t really realize from flying and everything how stressed out you get, because all your muscles are so tight. [Kickboxing] is a whole hour to focus on the moves and getting the form properly. I’ve tried so many different things. But I enjoy this—it doesn’t feel like a workout.”
