It was a full-on Harry Styles takeover on Saturday Night Live last night, where the singer served as both the host and musical guest. The episode comes fresh off Styles debuting his new album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, earlier this month, as well as announcing his new 50-date Together, Together tour, which officially kicks off in May.

Naturally, Styles’s SNL appearance yesterday evening came packed with bold fashion statements. He and his stylist Harry Lambert continue leaning into the “classics with a twist” vibe that he has been perfecting from winter into spring. During his opening monologue, for one, Styles emerged wearing a timeless gray pinstriped suit, pairing it with a collared shirt and cobalt blue tie. Then he added saucy little black ballet flats—his shoe of choice, at the moment—for a more cool, modern slant.

His opening monologue was extremely cheeky. “People have accused me of something called queerbaiting,” said Styles during the bit. “But did it ever occur to you that… ‘Maybe you don’t know everything about me, dad!’” The singer also poked fun at his recent love of running. “That runner’s high is amazing… ‘Watermelon Sugar High,’ runner’s high. I also love ecstasy.”

Throughout the episode, Styles starred in a number of different comedic skits—including playing a nurse at a “MAHAspital,” and a gaudy cruise ship entertainer. He even had a whole bit around designing a Target line that replicates some of his extraordinary looks—like his many bedazzled jumpsuits!—but “for the ordinary man,” dubbing the collectsion, “Harry for Him.”

His two musical performances, meanwhile, delivered even more delicious style inspiration. Styles performed two new songs from his new album, including “Dance No More” and “Coming Up Roses.” For “Dance No More,” Styles wore a navy zip-up jacket with fur-trimmed sleeves, finishing off the look with a white collared shirt and black tie, and a classic pair of light-wash jeans. For “Coming Up Roses,” Styles changed into a minty tailored suit, worn with a blue shirt and pink tie. (Clearly, color-blocking is back for spring.)

It’s unsurprising that Styles went all-in on the fashions for SNL. During the early promos, we saw some of his whimsical fashion choices peek through, like the cinnamon roll Pleasing tee he wore (and designed) for one of the commercials. (“Nice buns” is emblazoned across the back.) He finished off the night with a bang when he emerged in his after-party look. The star wore a leopard-printed Chanel jacket with crystal trim from the pre-fall 2026 collectsion, styling with a nonchalant white tee and jeans. Harry Styles’s Chanel boy era? We’re extremely here for it.
