Anntian
Anntian’s recent spring/summer collectsion, Flora Obscura, is a floral bomb of large, hand- painted blossoms. Berlin-based designers Anne Hilken and Christian Kurt showcased airy dresses, skirts, and throw scarves with cheery floral prints in bold colors this season. These are the pieces that instantly lighten your mood, and signal to everyone that spring is here and summer isn’t far away!
Anntian

Designers Anne Hilken and Christian Kurt started Anntian in Berlin 2006 as a counter to fast fashion and fast life. Made by small, regional manufacturers, Anntian clothing focuses on sustainable practices, choosing eco-friendly materials whenever possible. Abstract prints and vibrant colors run throughout the collectsion.
Denizeri
Melisa Denizeri Orley launched her eponymous swimwear line in Spring 2019, drawing inspiration from her active childhood summer vacations along Greece’s Aegean coastline. Denizeri’s collectsions fill the gap for chic sporty swimwear, featuring one- and two-piece suits with comfortable coverage and timeless simplicity. For her latest collectsion, the designer collaborated with artist Cassi Namoda to create feminine printed pieces that recall our favorite frilly suits from childhood.
RUI
Chinese-born designer Rui Zhou founded her namesake label in 2019 and celebrates the beauty of imperfection and of diverse human bodies in her cult knitwear collectsions. Through purposeful holes, Zhou explores how skin and fabric interact in a new way, proving that holes can actually be quite elegant. Point Nemo, the designer’s latest collectsion, features an oceanic color palette paired with black and white.
Beklina
Beklina, the La Selva Beach boutique and in-house label of founder Angelina Rennel, has been a favorite among eco-conscious fashion lovers for more than a decade. Rennel’s original print work and exquisite color selection continuously wow us, and this season is no exception. Colors like squash and cement, as well as luscious prints on throw blankets (a melon platter print…genius!) are particularly catching our eye this spring.
PRISCAvera
For effortless cool, look to New York–based label PRISCAvera for inspiration. Drawing on her Roman roots, designer Prisca Vera Franchetti’s SS21 collectsion was shot in the Eternal City (by Francesco Nazardo), in postcard locations like the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, but also in anonymously mundane, but quintessentially Roman places like an old park with cypress trees or a marble corridor. The models are carrying laptops, taking selfies, and are styled with piles of books and office materials. Mixing the old with the new serves as an allegorical backdrop for a collectsion featuring a digital sunset print as a recurring motif. Keep the PRISCAvera spirit going and pair these printed pieces with old-time elegance—like a pearl necklace or silk shawl—for a look that mixes youth culture with sophistication.
