Matt and Carrie Eddmenson met — and subsequently fell in love — at Carrie’s family’s company, which has produced American made jeans for over 20 years. That was in their joint hometown of Henderson, Kentucky, where they launched selvedge denim line Imogene + Willie in 2009 before moving the business to Nashville. These days the two operate out of Los Angeles, where the brand’s denim is produced, staying true to the American-made values their partnership was founded on.
