The model is wearing size 34 which is an xs in US sizing. The dress fabric is stretchy and rushed on one side with the intent to be fitted at the waist. Hi there! Laid flat, the waistband of the size FR 36 measures 14 inches across. The waistband is not elastic, so it does not stretch. The hips measure 23 inches across. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

Hello! I normally wear a 9.5 as well and the 40 fits very comfortably. The ankle strap adjustment has several lengths to tighten/loosen as needed. Hope this helps!

Sure thing! When laid flat, the size 38/Medium chest measures 26.5” across, the waist measures 28” across, and the hip also measures 28” across. Unfortunately this is the last of these jackets we have in stock. I hope this helps!
