Hi this is the first time ordering from this brand. I'm not sure what size to order, all my clothing labels are usa sm or xs, does this jacket fit relaxed? I'm a 34B and 27 waist, US 4 in clothing. What size do you recommend, for fitted but not tight and please send shoulder to shoulder and length measurements. Thanks. Also would you have this coat in the beige as well?

Hi, Shrimps generally fits true to size, the 8 is like a small and 10 like a medium. This coat is meant t be kinda snug but is also a little boxy. The 8 shoulder measurements are 17 inches and 17.5 in length. The 10 shoulder measurements are 18 inches and 18.5 in length. Going by the sizes you mentioned I would go for the small. The size will depend on what size you wear. The small is an UK size 8 and the large is UK size 8.

Hi, they are stitched on to the garment, but there is nothing to say that you couldn't change them, or have a tailor change them.
Here is my question: I am assuming these are North American sizes and yet Shrimps sells in UK sizing. Is the 8 equivalent to a UK 12 and the 10 equivalent to a UK 14. I have one of Shrimps shorter coats and it is a 14 UK but I do find it a little big--I usually wear 12s. So would I then be an 8 in the US sizing?

Hi! All of the listed sizes are UK sizings. So we have a UK10 left and a UK8!
Is this tight fitting on the hips or giving with elastic? I am debating between getting regular 6 or 8

I’d say that they fit true to size, not fitt d on the hips. If you usually wear a 2/XS then the 6 would be good, or the 8 if you wear a 4/S.

I'm super interested in this item but am unsure of the fit. I'm 5'1 usually a size S/4 but am pretty busty. Is the dress more fitted or roomy in the chest? Also, do you think it would be swimming on me because I'm short? Thanks!

Hi there! Thank you for your interest! I'd say that the dress isn't too tight in the chest, and it can be adjusted a bit because it's a wrap dress. I thought I'd send you measurements. The empire waist is 17", and pit to pit is 18". As for the length, we sold it to one of our clients who is about the same height as you, and it looked great! I hope this helps.
