size 28 in mens would be what size for a woman?

There isn't really a 1:1 conversion from Men's pants to Women's. I believe a 28 is roughly a size 6 but these pants are not designed to be unisex so I can't guarantee they would fit like a size 6

Hi there, this is a men's product. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by what is the size of S & M.. Small & Medium.. Do you want measurements for those sizes?
these shorts are listed as size small, but this brand uses sizes like 30, 32, 34 for their shorts. what size are they?

Hi there, SKU tags all of their "easy" styles (styles with elastic waistbands) as S,M,L, etc.. instead of waist size in inches.
That said, they show the waist size as roughly 31 for the size smalls. Because the waist is stretchy/has a drawstring you can probably be anywhere between 30-31 and they'll fit great.
Does it fit true to size or a little bit relaxed?
