Apologies for the delay in getting back to you! This is a poncho silhouette, so the sleeves aren't sewn. There is a button at the bottom of where your hand comes through on the side, but it is open below that, so it's a great piece for layering over a dress or even jeans.

Thank you for your question! Yes, S would be perfect; we've had a model who was 5'10" wear them, and the S was just right. The inseam length is approximately 26.5"; the fit is slightly cropped, depending how high you wear them on your waist. They are SO comfy and look great with Ryan's sweaters - I particularly love them with another neutral color like the Chunky Double Neck Sweater.

What are the measurements for the medium for the chest, sleeve length, length, armhole (where sleeve joins body), shoulders, and upper arm. The measurements for the "small" are give as 11.2 inches for the chest. Even if doubled, that would be 22.4 inches -- Is this correct? Thank you
