Hi! The flat measurement is 14.25” (so a 28.5” waist) and stretches to about 31” overall. One of our staff has a 30” waist and wears the medium, just to give you a little extra info! Thanks for the inquiry.

Hello! The model is a US size 8/10 and is wearing a medium, which has some room. The fabric in the thighs measures 22 to about 26 inches (stretched) around, and the fabric around the calves measures 16 to about 20 inches (stretched) around. I hope this information helps!
