Hello, we are sold out of the Gaia bag in Cream but it is available in the light grey which is very similar.
I was wondering if the bag is brand new, used, or displayed in store. I'm
wary of creases, other marks, and micro scratches on the hardware (hinges).
I had ordered this bag recently from a boutique store and although new, the
bag had lost the fresh feel and looked a bit worn out possibly due to being
a display piece. I want to make an informed decision. Thank you.

Trying to figure out sizing. I am a 9.5-10 US but usually a 40.5 in European sizes. From your size chart that doesnt seem to line up (a 40.5 is a 10 1/2). Could you suggest a few brands that your shoes align with? I see this is final sale so I am worried if the 40.5 is too large that I can't return it. Thank you

Hi, these are a snug fit because of the shearling lining, and because of this a 40.5 would fit closer to a EU 40. As per the Mansur Gavriel size guide provided on their own website, a 40.5 is a 10.5. I hope this clarifies your questions. Best regards.

Hi there, I just gave the bag a thorough check, and the only marks on it are from the straps pressing against the suede when it was packed and shipped, as they come flat-packed. These could probably be brushed and aren't visible when the bag is worn, since they are at the top back where the top loop and straps meet the bag. Otherwise, the bag is in new condition, as it's only been out of the packaging for a short while.
