How do these compare to Emerson's Paris pants? These look slimmer and maybe the waist is higher but I'm not sure. Trying to figure out which would be more flattering.

Hi, Babas is a high rise style but a lower rise than the Paris. Elastic waist with front button + zip versus the Paris w/a pull on and go with a semi elastic waist and fixed tie at the front.
Babas runs a little slimmer through the hips as well.
This particular style has always sold really well in my shop.

Hi there! Medium as it’s more fitted through the bodice with room in the hips/thighs plus has stretch.

Hi there! Is this fabric stretchy at all? I'm an XS, but my waist is 25". The measurements in the description say the waist is 24". I'm hoping it won't be too tight!

Hi! The waist measurement is for this style is for the band that falls under the bust line! The fabric isn’t stretchy but definitely offers a give upon wear allowing a little extra wiggle room :)
I have slightly wide feet, so i'm always either 39-40 (40 when shoes are more narrow). Would 40 be okay?

Hi! This is the last pair and customers found the style fit true to size, so if you’re a 39 sizing up to the 40 due to a wider foot, they sh work since they’re a little narrow at the top ~ hope that helps :)

Hi! Model is wearing a small. I’d suggest taking your regular size. I’m a solid medium and it’s just just loose enough but not oversized. And super soft. I love it.

inseam is the same for all sizes - 21" long but the straps allow for adjusting the length!
widest point at medium is 19" across
