Hi,
We would recommend the size Medium. The waistline is roomy and sits off the body, but the bust fits small and measures just 34" around the bust. Hope this helps!

Hello- You can turn down the cuffed sleeves by carefully removing the light stitching around the cuff, the sleeves would be slightly longer if that’s what you prefer. However once you undo the stitches you would not be able to get the original cuffed sleeves back. Our clients who purchased this blouse particularly enjoyed the slight cuff as they felt it gave the blouse an elegant shape. Hope that answers your question.
