Hi there, If you are wearing them high waisted I would recommend taking your normal size for waist measurements. This style is designed to sit at your natural waist with a relaxed fit. Size down one size if you are smaller through the waist, there is plenty of room through the hips.
Size up one size if you want a roomier fit through the waistband.

Hi there! The rise on the size M measures 15 inches from crotch seam to top of waistband. The waist measures 16.5 inches across on the looser button, and 14.5 inches across on the tighter button. Hope this helps!

Hi! This garment is a little difficult to provide precise measurements on since it has extra fabric intended to drape in its asymmetrical form and it's a column dress so there isn't notable difference between the bust waist & hip measurements on each size. In general, I recommend sizing down one from your normal Kowtow size if you're familiar with the brand!
