Hello, sorry for delay in reply. The problem is that when we ship to the States, all delivery providers consider the return like import and we have to pay for it . If you doubt between M and L it's always better to take L, especially taking into account that this blouse is true to size. When it comes to silk it's better to take larger size, it will look fluid and more elegant than fit blouse. We made a deduction from your order that you took L size. From Barcelona warehouse it's quite quick because we ship with UPS Express Saver and it's 3 business days. From Ukraine it takes around 2 weeks.
