It's high-waisted, so it's not really a waist measurement, but the seam is 18" across flat.

It measures 47" from shoulder to hem. 15" across bust.
16" across hip. 13" slit. Material is stretchy. It's a great dress!

Hello! Sorry- the small is actually sold out- BUT, the XS has a 27" waist, so it fits like a small!

The blouse measures 22" across lying flat. I'm a 12/14 these days and it's a tiny bit tight on me.
