L - waist 14.5" / hips 24.5" / front rise 12" / leg opening 14"
XL - waist 15" / hips 29" / front rise 12.5" / leg opening 15"
Both are a 28" inseam

Hi there. Yes, I would say that they fit a little on the larger side and do have a long inseam. I am also 5'9" and weigh 145 lbs and I wear a size Medium quite comfortably (my waist is 30" and hip 39"). The pants are full length on me and my inseam is 32".

It won't be as fitted on you as on me (top bun) (5'3", 125, bust 38 and waist 27/28). 43" is the total bust measurement. Though the extra space might allow you to wear bulkier sweaters and sweatshirts underneath.
