Hi, Although these pants are higher waisted, they are elasticated at the sides and so I think a size 4 would be fine. The waist measurement on the size 4 is 28" plus a bit of ease with the stretch.

Good afternoon. I am tempted by this dress, but it looks large, and the measurements for the waist and hips are generous for the sizes. I'm unsure about a 4 or 6 (36 or 38) because my bust is 35-36 inches, but this is so open in the front that it would be worn braless, so I would not add any volume with a bra. However, I doubt the fabric has any stretch, and I don't want my breasts hanging out of the front either or for the bodice to be too tight. Does it slip on or does it have a zip? Any advice is welcome! Thank you!
