This pant and listing here is a mens pant and the sizing is true to size. If you are a medium then my suggestion is to go with the medium etc. In a more detailed sizing explanation, a small = size 30 waist, a medium = size 32 waist, a large = size 34 waist.

Hi, I haven’t been able to find consistent sizing information for these anywhere online. I also- I can’t tell if the measurements I see reflect the loosest / tightest/ relaxed position of the belt. Would it be possible for you to lay them flat and measure the waist and hips? I have a 28” waist and 38” hips. Just want to make sure they’ll fit at the waist and have a little room at the hips.
