Hi there, we got 21.5" for this measurement. Keep in mind that this is a puffy jacket and we're measuring from the outside so this measurement should be taken with a grain of salt.
In general this jacket is true to US sizing.
What are the measurements for the different sizes (length, circumference)?

Medium: Chest 23.25", Back 28"
Large: Chest 24", Back 29"
In general customers tend to take their true size. I'm generally between a Medium and a Large, leaning toward medium and in this case Medium was the better option for me. I hope that helps!

Hi there, this jacket is a multi layer jacket intended to handle winter weather, however it is not a down jacket and doesn't feature insulation so in cold Chicago weather you'd probably want to layer up under this jacket. Hope that helps!

Size S and M have a 30" inseam, while the L and XL have 31" inseam. S waist 15", M waist 16", L waist 17", and XL waist 18". Waist is elasticated and features a belt, so they can size up or down a little bit depending on the wearer's size.

This is an overcoat and that is why it measures fuller. You are more than welcome to give it a shot and if it doesn't work, send it back. If you are normally an XL-XXL in things, this will work out great for you.
