What's the exact pants size for large and XL?

Hi, thanks for your question. Here are waist measurements taken with the front and back of the waist lined up with each other flat, and then doubled. The size Large measures 34" at the waist, which is consistent with most pants tagged a "32". The size XL measures 35.5" at the waist, which is consistent with most pants tagged a "33" or a snug "34". Hope this helps!
