Found Feather

This is pure black. You're seeing a highly compressed version of a digital photo on a digital screen which will always have colour abstraction as a result - especially with blacks. Further worsened here because this fabric has a wavy texture which creates micro contrast all over which again gets compressed to hell (and often appears as green abstractions when zoomed too closely). I apologize for that it just happens because Shopify automatically recompressed my high res photos when I upload them to my shop... Nothing I can do about it :( Ah the brim, yeah the brim is vegetable tanned leather from Hokkaido. Just like a traditional cap, the leather is inside the bill, covered in the main fabric. Unlike a traditional cap, it is leather inside, not plastic or compressed particle board. This just gives the bill more malleability and softness, it's a trademark feature of Found Feather hats and I love the behaviour of their bills as a result.
