I'm assuming when you say 14" that is sean to sean and the total waist measurement is 28". Likewise hip is 38" in total. I'm also assuming these are actual garment measurements vs body guidelines. Does the fabric give? Will it stretch... as is the case with many denims?
Please provide measurements for the sz. Medium.
