No worries, Wednesday is fine! I'm always hovering between a 29,30,31 inch waist. I have narrow hips though 37.5-38 inches. If the rise is higher, I can usually make a smaller size work, but I might like the fit of these to be a little baggier, without losing my shape completely. For tops, I wear a small or medium, my bra band is 32". Thanks so much!

Hi! Yes, the 1 is going to be a small (approx US size 4-6) and 2, a medium (approx 6/8). This style is fairly generous and versatile re: sizing as the waist is actually a removable belted tie waist. Hope that helps!
