The XS is just under 27'' but should be ok if you want them to fit tight on the waist, if you want a more relaxed fit then M would be better.

Does this item fit oversized just looking for find the right size especially since it’s final sale. I’m 6’0 170 lbs.. Thinking of a size L but not totally based on how the sweater fits!

Hi, we would suggest a large. It's an oversized box cut - it wider on the body and longer on the sleeves with a drop shoulder but regular on the total length.
