The bernhard Willhel dress in yellow velvet;
Could you give me the measurements at the level of the hips please? I am a size 6 us. But because it is a loose dress i doubt between small and medium.

This lovely jacket which is meant to fit oversized measures 24" from shoulder to shoulder, 28.5" from armpit to armpit, the length (measured from back neck to bottom) is 31", length of sleeve is 26" and the bottom waistband measures 23"
