We don't have the size small any more. The medium is 20" across at bust 18 at waist and from shoulder to and from shoulder to bottom is aprox 25"

The Large is like a size 12 and the XL is like a size 14, the pants have stretch too, so choosing something on the smaller size of what you might normally wear could work.
