It really depends on the style and fabrication. This particular skirt runs fairly true to size, but the elastic waist makes it an easy fit.
The blouses typically run generously, and dresses with a fixed waistband usually run small. I suggest sizing down on blouses and sizing up on anything with a fixed waistband.
