M Chest 22" Shoulders 19.5" Shoulder to Cuff 24.5" Back Length 29.25"
L Chest 23" Shoulders 20.25" Shoulder to Cuff 25" Back Length 30"

What's the inseam length on these?

Both the 34 and the 36 have a 30 inch inseam. They also have an additional inch that could be let out, if need be.

I would say that the Arpenteur pieces are all cut a bit boxy and should be worn relaxed and that if you compare the XL from Arpenteur it's typically larger than an XL in Merz.
