Thanks for reaching out. In general it is "standard EU sizing", yet depending on the individual feet sometimes maybe (half) size up might make sense (but that again is based on our observations in our local, Baltic, market, and not for all clients).

Hello, we no longer have a size 39 in this style. The size 40 insole measures approximately 25.5 centimetres and the 41 measures 26.5 centimetres.

The shoes are listed in Women Sizes, we have in stock only a 38 and 40 IT, note they run slightly smaller than normal :)
