Hi there! Our size conversion chart does not have a direct conversion to EU sizing, but a DK 40 is equivalent to a size IT 46 and a size FR 42. For a size DK 40, the waist measurement is 41.275cm and there is unfortunately no exact hip measurement. Hope that helps!
