for the XS shoulder to shoulder is 15 inches bust is about 18 inches. For the Medium the shoulder is about 16 and a half inches and the bust is about 19 inches.
If possible can i get the measurements for size XS while you wait to get M back in stock? Thank you

Hi! Per the Smythe website, the xs in the shirred sleeve blouse is as follows:
Bust: 31.75-33.25
Waist: 24.25-25.75
Hip: 35.25-26.75
There is a tiny bit of stretch in it so often someone who is usually a small can wear the xs. Hope that helps!
