Devlyn van Loon is an eponymous line of clothing made by hand in Toronto, Canada. Established in 2016, we are dedicated to streamlined silhouettes and sustainable manufacturing to create modern essentials. We focus on fit, silhouette and feel to create garments that seamlessly integrate into your every day and become a second skin, omitting the fussiness of getting dress without sacrificing comfort.

All of our garments are sewn in small batches in our Toronto based studio using sustainable, natural or dead-stock fabrics sourced from North America, Europe, and Japan.

The hems are quite straight so it would be very easy to have hemmed if you prefer a shorter length

Is this fabric see-through? If so, is it lined?
At the hem, it appears to be see-through. But everywhere else it looks opaque. So, my question is
1. Is it see-through and
2. If so, is it lined with a slip?

Hi! Thank you for your question. The answer to both questions is yes, the fabric itself is semi sheer but it is also lined with cotton to about knee length so that there is full coverage of the body. The lining is attached, not a slip. Hope that helps :)

The waistband is approximately 1.25 - 1.5 inches wide, the fabric is lightweight so it is not particularly thick. Hope that helps!
Hi! Could I ask about the size XS for this skirt? I am in between a size 2 and 4 depending on the brand. My waist is 24.75” on a good day haha. 25.5 after a big meal. Wondering whether you thought an XS or a S would be better

Hi there, thank you for your question! I would probably go with the XS, when flat the elastic measures 12 inches (unstretched) while the S measures 13 inches while flat, so would be 26 inches total unstretched.

Hi there, Thank you for your message! When laid flat the size 0 has the following measurements: Bust 46" Waist 25". The hip measurements are very free as the skirt has an A-line silhouette. I hope that helps!

Hi, thank you for your question! Yes, this is similar to lightweight sweatshirt material. The back of the fabric has not been brushed so it is not fleecy, but is very similar to a sweatshirt. The blue, sage, and fog are much more closer to a traditional sweatshirt while the soft black is slightly lighter weight. Hope that helps!

I would probably recommend the XL instead of the 2XL based on your measurements and height, the fit is pretty relaxed and the added pleats in the back will make the fit much more comfortable around the hip :) hope that helps!!

Thank you for your message! Yes, you are correct, that is the incorrect number listed for the bust measurement, I'm so sorry! The bust measurement for the 2XL should be 27.5, so 55" when doubled.
