Milk & Rose was founded in New York with a simple refusal: that ethical jewelry had to look like it was apologizing for something. Every piece is crafted in sterling silver (925) and gold vermeil — nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and made to be kept forever. Our handmade collectsion is built from scratch by two generational artisans at a small studio in Turkey, using traditional methods and scrap silver to minimize waste. Our essentials are responsibly produced in Italy using locally sourced materials. Damaged pieces and returns are reworked into new designs — almost nothing leaves our process as waste. We're woman-owned, investor-free, and priced without the industry-standard 10x markup because we believe sustainability shouldn't come with a luxury tax.
