We recommend size M for high waisted look and size L for sitting mid waist. These trousers are a bit cropped so if you're tall we recommend sizing up slightly so they sit lower :)

Size S: WAIST CIRC - 36.8cm x2 / INSIDE LEG - 60 cm / FRONT RISE - 34 cm Size M: WAIST CIRC - 39.3 cm x2 / INSIDE LEG - 60 cm / FRONT RISE - 34.7 cm We suggest size S or M. Size small is probably fine! 29" is 73.66 cm so size S will be more of a snug fit. But if you want to have them sit lower on the waist then you can choose size M
