Hi there,
I'd say these fit fairly true to dress shoe size. For comparison, I am an 11.5 in New Balance/Nike, an 11D in most dress shoes, and a 10.5 in Red Wings. An 11 in these shoes is a good fit for me. So if 10.5 is your sneaker size, you should be fine with the 10. Otherwise I'd size up to the 11. There's nothing worse than shoes that are too small. Hope this helps!
