Great question! The size 8 would be a Europe 40, or size Large. This dress has a loose fit (there is a built-in double lining for the skirt and sleeves) so depending on what phase of your pregnancy you'd like to wear this, you could purchase your usual medium (size 38) or if you want it for your whole pregnancy, the 40 would be great.
