The measurements for the medium are 30" for waist, 40" for hips, and 22" shoulders. The large measurements are 31" waist, 40" hips, and 22" shoulders. For both, the bust area is just slightly smaller than the waist. Based on these measurements, I'd suggest the large, as the medium might be a little tight in the waist. I hope this helps! What are the measurements for size M & size L?

Laid flat, the size M measures 14.5 inches across the waist unstretched and the size L measures 15.5 inches. The fabric is knit, so it does have stretch, and the waistband is elastic. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
