Hey there! I’ve seen mixed reviews on sizing. What would be the best size to order for a US 8? I’ve seen some people say a 40 and others say 38.5.

38 = US 8
39 = US 9

if you are in the half size we recommend sizing up.

Since this item is not labeled as "Final Sale", it is eligible for return. Regarding the inseam lengths, for sizes 23-25, the inseam measurement is 31.75". For sizes 26-31, the inseam measurement is 32.25". We unfortunately do not have the inseam measurement for size 32, but I hope that helps!
