Hi, the ring did not come with a size description and unfortunately I don't know how to size it. And it is not adjustable. The only thing I can do is try it on my own finger. I wear a 5.5 thin band but for a thicker cigar band I wear a 6. Based on trying the prism ring on my own finger I would guess that it is a 6.5-7. I hope that helps! Thanks.
