I do not think it would be too big but the dress itself is definitely flowy and easy. The length from neck to hem on the XS is 45". Pit to Pit is 17" flat and shoulders are 22" laid flat. Let me know if you'd like any other measurements. happy to help!

HI, here are the measurements for the size medium.
high neck point to hem is 24"
armpit to armpit is 22 1/2" across the front. it is a dropped shoulder sleeve and has a bit of a boxy fit.

hi sorry i think there is a typo, do you mean xsmall? if so the waist measurement for the xs is 13" across the front 26" total unstretched. it has an elastic waistband with a drawstring.
