hello- what size would you recommend for a 33b chest and 27 waist

Hiya! Just checked with a friend who is a 27" waist and 34b chest and she got a size Medium so I'd suggest the same! The small fit but was a bit more snug in the chest than she wanted and they don't stretch out too much :) the waist was about the same in both for her.
I’m a size 6 and not sure which to go with, a medium or small? Any recommendations?

I would go for a size L and the material is 100% cotton in that size so I think it would be great for beach and Italy. However, I will have to check to be sure our L is in fact 100% cotton because the other sizes are a nylon/cotton blend (think athletic wear texture, like a wind breaker almost). I could see that fabric being great for Italy, maybe not the beach?
How do you wash this item?
I’m not quite sure what size I am 5 feet, 4 inches weight 119 and I my waist is 30 inches I don’t know if I am size small or medium since I have skinny legs.
