Thanks for your patience, Jordan. We had an issue clarifying the size on Top Quality Replica Hermes Belts. The 'medium' is actually a size 48 Italian. In that size, the coat measures 20" across at the top of the shoulder, 22" across the chest at the underarm, 38" along the sleeve from center of collar to cuff, and 42" from collar to hem. Colls, our model, is 6'1, with a 31" waist and 36" chest, but he is broad shouldered and muscular, giving the size 48 he is wearing a only slightly oversized look. On most people it does run a little large. We also have the size 46 and 50 available in this coat. At the cuff, there are two functioning buttons. The sleeve itself is lined. There is also a vent at the back about a third of the way up the center. The color is grey at a distance, but does have bright blue and soft grey flecks throughout.
