It’s a tricky one to give exact measurements on as it’s cut on the bias (so it can stretch to accommodate a couple of sizes depending on desired fit).
The model is wearing a size 8 for a more oversized look. The size 6 can comfortably stretch to about 100cm across the hips (but would sit tighter than in the imagery), the bust is roughly 48cm through the front and 38cm through the back but with the keyhole, that adds some extra room.

Hello, I am usually a size 6 in Marle (Hunter shirt for example or the ana top), but sized up for their winter cardigan (Cait cardigan). Would you recommend a 6 or a 8 in that shirt?
I am 165cm 54kg and generally in between size 6 and 8 depending on the brand.

Hello! It’s quite an oversized fit. I’m an 8-10 and I went for a size 8.
So I’d probably say the 6, unless you want it even more oversized, then go the 8.
