HI! Sorry about the delay.
The length from the shoulder seam to the hem is 24". Shoulder to shoulder seam is 15" but the t-shirt is a very stretchy fabric.

Medium-
Bust 16" flat so 32" around
Shoulder 15" flat
Large-
Bust 17" flat so 34" around
Shoulder 15.5"
It's a rib fabric so there is tons of stretch. Large stretches to about 20" flat, so 40" around and medium stretches to 19" flat.
