Hi, the waist measure meant lay flat is 31 cm, with elastic band so it can be stretch to 51cm. the length is 83cm.

Hello! Pleats Please width remains the same through each size, they fit standard sizes 0-20. The difference between the 3 and the 5 is a few inches in length. Cheyenne is 5'7" wearing the length 3.

Hello! This skirt zips, and we find due to its stretch, it fits up to a size 12 and fits very bodycon.
