Hello. This style is very slim-fitting, so regardless of the size it will most likely not be baggy. This is not a maxi-length dress. The XS–L sizes all measure roughly 51.5" long from shoulder to hem. Please let us know if you need more details.

These leggings are made from quite soft organic jersey, and therefore don't run especially small/tight. They are definitely a slim-fit legging, with a very long leg meant to create a bit of slouching, but they are not tight in the sense of athletic/performance wear. Yes this bag has a cotton liner with one internal pocket with a zipper and one external pocket with a tab and snap. Overall the leather is super soft.
